In 2023, our primary focus was on cultivating a supportive environment that highlighted appreciation, support, and clear communication for continuous improvement. Above all, we celebrated and acknowledged the significance of each team member’s distinctiveness in our mission and team accomplishments.

In 2023, our team had numerous reasons to celebrate, with many members receiving recognition both locally and statewide.
Dr. John Zona was named among West Michigan’s Top Dentists in 2023 by Grand Rapids Magazine. This recognition, based on peer nominations, acknowledges providers dedicated to delivering exceptional care. Dr. Zona’s exceptional service, contributions, and longstanding commitment as a collaborative dental provider at our Kentwood Center deserve recognition.
Dr. Greene from our Allegan Center was honored as The Best Dentist in Allegan, chosen by the local community. Dr. Greene has been at MCDC since 2016 serving at the Kentwood & Allegan Centers.
In 2023, Dr. Jelani Holliday was warmly welcomed to our Hillsdale MCDC center after being honored with the Community Commitment Award. He symbolizes the new wave of dentists making a significant mark in the field of dentistry and is already creating an amazing difference for our patients.
Dr. Deborah Brown was recognized as a West Michigan Notable Leader in Health Care by Crain’s Business. This acknowledgment followed Brown’s reappointment to the Michigan Board of Dentistry by Governor Gretchen Whitmer in September.
