Dear Families of My Community Dental Centers, 

This letter serves to inform you that Hannah Rutten, DDS will be leaving her position as pediatric dentist at My Community Dental Centers on August 4, 2025.  

My Community Dental Centers is committed to ensuring your child continues to receive the highest level of dental care. We understand this transition may bring some uncertainty, and we’re here to help make it as smooth as possible.  

If your child has any outstanding treatment needs, our team is here to help – whether by scheduling with a general dentist at your local center or assisting in transferring records to another provider of your choice. A list of local pediatric dental providers is available below. You may also contact your dental insurance provider for a list of in-network options near you. 

Your child’s dental records will remain securely stored at My Community Dental Centers. You may request a copy or have them sent directly to your new provider by completing the form linked below and returning it to your home center.
