teven C. Hall brings more than two decades of experience in public health leadership, healthcare administration, and organizational strategy to his role as Chief Executive Officer of My Community Dental Centers. Before joining MCDC as CEO, Steve served as Health Officer for the Central Michigan District Health Department, where he led efforts to improve community health outcomes and expand access to care. His career also includes leadership roles with the Jackson County Health Department and other public health organizations throughout Michigan.

Steve has a long history with MCDC, having served on its Board of Directors from 2016 to 2025, including five years as Board Chair. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of MCDC’s mission, operations, team members, and the diverse communities it serves.

As CEO, Steve is committed to supporting MCDC’s employees, strengthening community partnerships, and building upon the organization’s work to expand access to high-quality, patient-centered dental care across Michigan.
