Bill joined the board in 2019.  He retired as the Director/Health Officer of the Health Department of Macomb County in December of 2020. For over 30 years, Bill has devoted his career to the service of public health. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University, a Master of Public Health from the University of Minnesota, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Michigan.
