Student Loan Reimbursement Programs
MCDC is proud to offer three (3) student loan reimbursement programs through our non-profit organization status.
Autonomy
You will have autonomy to focus on serving your patients and collaborating with your team members and peers to serve your patients with the highest quality care.
Technology
We provide our staff with modern technology including electronic patient records, digital radiography, and state-of-the-art dental equipment including intra-oral and panoramic digital radiography.
Generous Compensation
MCDC offers full-time dental providers the choice between two compensation plans during their first year of work. Your hard work will also be recognized through incentive plans. We are proud to compensation our dentists higher than the ADA National Average.
Dentist and hygiene providers receive an hourly rate of pay to recognize the time they spend on clinical administrative work as well as a daily production incentive to recognize their daily efforts towards both patient care and quality improvement.
Our incentive program is based on a concept called “Relative Value Unit” or RVU.
