Bryce brings more than six years of experience in the Michigan Senate, most recently as Chief of Staff, where he focused on policy, budget priorities, and constituent advocacy. His work includes Medicaid policy and building strong relationships across government and nonprofit sectors.

At My Community Dental Centers, he leads federal and state advocacy efforts and serves as a key liaison with health departments to advance policies that support the patients and providers we serve.
