The Coldwater Team truly demonstrated what it means to exemplify excellence and to do so with compassion this holiday season.

Dorothy started the process of getting her new dentures with our Coldwater office on May 1, 2023. The process took over six months, so when Dorothy arrived for the delivery of her dentures in December, the excitement was palpable.

After holding back tears in the lobby, she was taken back to an exam room for her teeth delivery. With a beautiful new smile, she cried tears of joy and requested a photo with her care team in front of the Christmas tree. Her new smile an early Christmas present she exclaimed.

Even Dr. Iveson agreed, “It was a Hallmark Christmas moment!”

At MCDC, we don’t just put our values on a document and forget they exist. We truly live and breathe them every day and Dr. Iveson, Amy Adair, and the entire Coldwater Team demonstrated that by making Dorothy feel so special throughout this entire journey.
